Summerfields Estate and Country House

Surrounded by Olive Groves, Rolling Pastures, Native Bushland and Ornamental Lake

Set on beautiful grounds surrounded by delightful semi-formal gardens, an enchanted grove of 2,000 olive trees and an ornamental lake where our family of resident geese make their home, Summerfields is a unique hidden gem of the Mornington Peninsula.

Originally built as Bed and Breakfast in 1998, the Cape Cod style architecture featured in the property is reminiscent of the grand summer homes of the East Coast of America. The main house contains six individually designed suites providing luxury accommodation for couples and their friends and family. Meanwhile, Summerfields’ striking black and white tiled reception room can be tailored to cater for formal sit down receptions or a cocktail affair.

Summerfields is also the ideal location for your wedding ceremony. Whether it be overlooking the lake under the rose arbour, beneath our “big tree” or indoor in the Great Room, having your ceremony on-site not only gives you access to a unique backdrop for you to take your vows, but is also convenient, eliminating the need for your guests to travel to your reception.

More than just being a beautiful venue however, the personalised service and attention to detail of the staff at Summerfields are what have secured their reputation as a leading function venue. With a particular focus on food, the ingredients used by the kitchen are locally sourced to ensure freshness, with many of the herbs grown in Summerfields’ own garden.

Whether you want a weekend long celebration, or simply an unforgettable day in the countryside, Summerfields Estate and Country House offers you everything you need under one roof.
