Mornington Peninsula Weddings Inc. is a not-for-profit association comprised of 12 volunteer committee members all from varying backgrounds of the wedding industry. Each year the committee is vote elected at our annual general meeting by all members.
Janis House – Janis is an award winning Accredited Professional Photographer who has been capturing weddings for over a decade. Janis and her family love everything that living and working on the Mornington Peninsula has to offer especially the beaches and wineries.

Kim Hearn has been a long standing member of the committee and is currently Secretary for the group. Kim is originally from the UK where she and her husband Steve were running a successful wedding photography business but their dream was to move to Australia! They arrived 10 years ago, settled on the Peninsula and rebuilt their business again!
Gail Cremen – Initially a bookkeeper, I became the Administration Manager for a corporate consulting accounting firm. I then transferred to their new Financial Consulting Division, later specialising in commercial finance. Following my ‘seachange’ in 2005, I trained as a Marriage Celebrant. I love being able to help brides and their partners achieve and surpass their dreams on their wedding day and hope to be able to use my business experience to help my colleagues at MPW as well!
Mandi Pugh – a former community news editor from Wales, moved to Australia with her family 8 years ago. Now working for the Shire, she has done freelance writing work for the Mornington Peninsula Leader and Mornington Peninsula Magazine.
Brian Randall APP M.Photog – Brian is a multi award winning photographer in his own right. Brian’s relaxed and well mannered nature, together with his passion and professionalism is a perfect combination to bring rhyme and reason to our committee.
